The fundamental purpose of the Prem1er Community Drumline is to instill the youth with an appreciation for musical performance artistry and its connection with building confidence and self-esteem. Youth that are involved are apt to be more engaged in their studies and their communities. It helps them to be better connected to their surrounding and rise to their potential within. The youth are better equipped to make positive life choices. This extra-curricular activity can provide the youth with a craft that will help participants compete for college scholarships.
